Where it all started

IT Evolution is a sister company to KS Consulting, founded in 2002 to primarily offer sales, service and consulting on the Sage Pastel range of products.

As the KS Consulting business grew, our clients were increasingly asking us to provide them with IT Support, and as this need for affordable, reliable and knowledgeable IT service grew, in 2007, the decision was made to form IT Evolution as a separate company to service these clients.

Since then, IT Evolution has grown to become a trusted IT service company providing a wide range of IT support services and products.

IT Evolution today

At IT Evolution we realized early on that we needed to do more than just provide hardware, software, Pastel installation and support. We focus on providing our customers with the best possible service, value added information and a candid approach to business.

We don’t strive for a corporate image, but rather strive to achieve real business partnerships with real people, resulting in us being more than just an average I.T. Company.

Our client base consists of residential, micro, small, medium and large businesses. Our clients falling into all spectrums of the business world and ranging from small owner driven businesses to mining, industrial and manufacturing corporations.

All of our consultants have a general understanding of all our clients’ sites, with certain consultants having an in-depth knowledge of specific client sites and their industry. This means we have an understanding of clients’ specific industry requirements, which enables us to provide valuable feedback and industry related solutions. Should a certain consultant be unavailable, other consultants have the ability to assist you with your requirements.

We continually send our consultants on refresher courses to keep up to date with new developments in our evolving industry. Staff retention and skills development are a pillar of our success.
